4 years ago, the Green Team sponsored a local food potluck. Think “Farm to Table.” We invite you to prepare a dish made from local foods and share that food at a potluck luncheon. Just make a label to go along with it to share what local foods you used. All ingredients need not be local. For example, you might use Dijon Mustard from France.
